Before Bancroft Research Group starts a project it conducts an assessment of client needs through an approach known as the Reference Interview

The main purpose of the Reference Interview is to clarify your information needs and enable
Bancroft Research Group to find the information that fulfills your needs.

The Bancroft Research Group Reference Interview is an interactive process. We ask you about what information you need, how broad and deep the research should be, whether you want an executive summary, a PowerPoint presentation, an analysis, or "just the facts," in which case we just present you with the information we uncovered.

After the interview, we will determine which expert in the research network is best equipped to handle this project. We manage all aspects of the project, and work with the research expert to ensure that the project is focused on your specific needs.

Note: we conduct our reference interviews by telephone, at a time convenient to you.
